Personal data processed

We process the email address you provide through the contact form and the message content you choose to include.

For security, we record the IP address used to submit the form. This record is used only to prevent misuse and is deleted after 30 days. Our hosting provider may also process connection data to deliver the website.

Purposes of processing

To assess and respond to contact inquiries.
To prevent spam, misuse, and attempted attacks through form verification and IP-based and daily submission limits.
To maintain the security and technical reliability of the website.

Legal grounds

Depending on the nature of the inquiry, contact requests are processed under Article 5(2)(c) or Article 5(2)(f) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Retention periods

Contact inquiry records are retained for six months from the date they are received.

Security IP records are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Service providers

We use service providers to host and secure the website, prevent misuse, and support communications. They may process the personal data needed to provide these services, including connection data. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information about your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights under the law.

You can contact us in English or Turkish at [email protected]. Formal applications under the KVKK must be submitted in Turkish and include the information required by law, including the subject of the request. We will respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
